“Finally found some good-quality individual tart tins, on an unplanned visit to the always excellent Abraxas Cookshop last weekend. These are really good quality and with a loose base for easy release – now all I need is the time to start experimenting with pastry bases and fillings!
Can’t recommend Abraxas highly enough, the Heart of the Shires branch is a real treasure trove: up the stairs into a full ROOM of Emma Bridgewater goodies, then room after room of glassware, crockery and kitchenware, and back down the winding stairs at the other end with all your goodies (still coveting the glass Kitchenaid mixer bowl!)
If Abraxas don’t sell it… it probably doesn’t exist!”
